Can owners set their own prices?

In my profile it clearly states $75 for overnights/house sitting but my potential client reserved the time under "Holiday". I was under the assumption the holiday pay was extra. Am I incorrect on this? I'm brand new to Rover so any advice would be greatly appreciated. TY

I think you need to fix your rate table because it says that, while your normal nightly rate is $75 for house sitting, you only charge $30 during holidays. I would imagine you thought it might be additive, that the $30 would be in addition to your normal $75, but that is not how it works. Look at your rate table, you will see those that are additive have a plus sign, the holiday rate does not. You need to go in and fix it.

I see other strange things on your rate table:

(1) Under house sitting, your puppy rate is only $25. Therefore, a person with a puppy would only be charged $25 and not $75 per night. Typically sitters charge a bit more for puppies because they are more work.

(2) Under drop-ins, it says that you charge $75 per visit for bookings of 3 days or more when your regular charge is $20 per. That makes no sense.

(3) Under drop-ins and walking, your puppy rate is lower than for an adult dog.
