Messages / requests not displaying on Rover.com? [closed]

I'm sure Rover's development team is all over this by now, but looks like there's an issue where new requests and messages aren't showing up on the Rover site or app. I've been able to communicate with a sitter via SMS via Rover, but I cannot see the request on the site to book. I know my request made it into the system though, because when I go to make a new request, it tells me it already has one for those dates. Anyone else running into this?
