I have not received any payment through PayPal. Yet on my dashboard it says that I have. 0 balance for withdrawal, the correct amount in PayPal but I have received no payment. What is the issue here?
I'm not sure I fully understand the situation.
1) Can you see the money in your Paypal account? If so, then you need to transfer that balance into your bank account. To do so, you would have needed to verify the bank account with Paypal. Be sure when you make the transfer, you select the "regular" option, not the same-day one because they charge a fee/percentage to do that one. The regular transfer to a bank is free. Mine only take a day, but I have had a Paypal account for a very long time. A new one might take a little longer.
2) Is this the first time you've withdrawn a Rover balance to Paypal? If so, then it can take up to 4 days. Mine withdrawals from Rover to Paypal are immediate, but I am not new.

Chloe, give it a day or so for your bank to post the payment. All that means is that the money has moved from Rover to Stripe and will next be transferred to your bank. (Please note all US readers, in the UK, the month is second.)
