Why is my dog walker not reciving the payment?

Hello, my dog walker has come everyday for the past 2 weeks. The payments are being taken out of my account but she just said she has not received any payment. Does anyone know why this is or if there is something I need to do to approve her walks?

It could be that she hasn’t directed the Rover payments to either transfer to a PayPal account or direct them to send her a check, or that she didn’t start the Rover# card during the walks, or that the booking wasn’t completely set up with confirmations from both of you to change it from pending to an upcoming to a past booking.
