How do I make it in my calendar so that if I am boarding a dog, I cannot dog sit?

I am boarding dogs this weekend but kept also getting house sitting request, even though I will be busy boarding. I just realized that this was not being updated because they are two different services. Is there a way to connect the two, however, so that if I am dog boarding, it will show that I am not available to house sit? It would be annoying if I have to do this manually all the time. Or I may just close this service. Or maybe make the radius closer to me.
