Why do I keep seeing "you haven't added care instructions for Buster and Kelce yet"?

I keep getting emails about "you haven't added care instructions for Buster and Kelce yet" BUT I HAVE ADDED THEM. I am so annoyed by this. I even follow the link in the emails to update the care instructions, and guess what, the instructions are there and every item has something selected or written and it keeps telling me "INCOMPLETE" under the care instruction section of the profile. I've done it from the app and desktop and nothing changes even though all of my pets' profile information is filled out. On the itinerary for my next booking with a house sitter it shows "no care instructions provided" ON THE ITINERARY to the pet sitter. I'm about to cancel my booking and have a neighbor girl come over to watch the pets rather than using Rover ever.
