Can I limit a date only to re-booking clients?
Is it possible to set a certain date on my calendar to be available only for re-booking/repeat clients?

No, you can't, service settings are repeats or open to all
You can limit booking numbers on certain days. So if there are 5 regular clients on Wednesday only have five slots. Then on Tuesdays and Thursdays make it 8 slots-or whatever numbers you have.
When I get requests for new clients on days I know I’m gonna have my regular current clients, I explain to prospective client I have no slots available on Wednesday-even if my regular client hasn’t formally booked yet.
