Will I be reimbursed?
We are being asked to pay now for our trip in November. There is a great possibility this trip will be cancelled as covid is increasing in Europe and they may close the borders. Will I be reimbursed?

If you cancel your Rover sitter, your payment will be refunded according to the sitter's posted cancellation policy. The amount refunded depends on when you cancel.
Another option you may want to consider is ask your sitter if you may book with them later. By waiting to book, there's no guarantee of the sitter holding space open for your pet though, so you may need to have an alternate sitter in mind in case the availability changes. The request can simply be archived and booked closer to the travel date.
