How would I add Rover to my resume?

So, I've added Rover to my resume, and I need some help with how to word some of the main points.

Here's what I have so far:

Set up primary consultations with new clients. Provided in-home pet care including: scheduled feedings, leashed walks, overnight care. Prioritized the happiness of clients and the health/safety of pets. Maintained flexibility and willingness to meet clients’ needs. Received requests for repeat clients and multiple 5-star reviews.

The "received requests for repeat clients" is what's throwing me off, but I don't know how else to word it.

Any help is appreciated!! Thanks in advance :)

It depends on the job you’re applying for. Your resume should always be tailored to the specific job you’re applying for. What does the job description say? If it requires someone to be involved with customer service then you should add you’re Rover experience that highlights your experience with talking to customers. If it were me, since I’m an accounting major, I’d mention that I ran a small dog business highlighting skills I developed (customer services, marketing, managing revenue/expenses, cashflow etc and to be more specific I’d even go as far as mentioning dollars generated or revenue growth month over month, year over year etc. For your repeat clients section, id mention something like “Grew a client based to x number of people if which 80% are repeat clients”. I believe Rover can help you get that stat for you.

Your resume will definitely stand out more if you can show measurable number figures behind the quality service that you say you provide instead of using vague statements.

Hope this helps! Good luck getting a job!
