My friend/relative needs to edit his testimonial. How can he do this?

My fiance needs to edit the testimonial he posted, but neither of us seems able to access it. Can this be done or can one of us delete it and he resubmit?

you will have to contact Customer Support [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] They may or may not delete the testimonial
