How do I sign up for Rover benefits?

I'm already an established sitter on http://Rover.com. I just figured out they have benefits that I haven't been getting. For example, a 401K plan and paid meals.

How do I get myself enrolled in these benefits?

Are there qualifications? What are they?

I am just guessing, Kayna, but those benefits are probably only available to Rover employees. We sitters are not Rover employees. Rover provides no benefits to users of its platform.
