I was given the name of a specific sitter. How do I find this person on the website?

Rover does not give you the ability to search by name and probably never will. You have a few options:

1. Ask whomever is giving you the referral to send you a link to that sitter's profile.
2. Do a Google searching using the following information: sitter's name and the initial of last name, city (and state), plus the word Rover. Sometimes it will yield the results.
3. Call Rover Customer Support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] for assistance. Also tell them that they need to have a search by name function. Unless they hear it from customers directly, then it has no chance, although you'd think by now they should be aware. but it never hurts to communicate your needs.
