How do I get paid for the rates I set for my services? And not for their standard rates?

I am new to Rover so I am adjusting to the payment lag. What I am confused about is how do I get paid for the rates that I set? I specifically set my dog-sitting services to $18 yet Rover decided to charge my client $15 so by the time I realized it was too late to adjust my rates.

Your rate table shows that you charge $19 for both drop-ins and walks. However, I see that it also shows you only charge $15 for a drop-in for a puppy. If the dog was under 1 year, then Rover's billing system will charge the puppy rate. For walks, I see that your puppy rate is one dollar less than for an adult dog. Most people charge more for puppies than for adult dogs.

You should also look at your holiday rates. I'm not sure why there's a difference between walks and drop-ins when they both involve the same amount of your time.

Yes, thank you. And you're right it is the same exact amount! Which is why I adjusted it to the same rate! As for the puppy rate, I didn't even realize I that I could adjust additional rates!

So I finally called Rover for clarification! And I did not realize that there was a whole slew of additional services where you can adjust your rates! I didn't realize that it was an option and that puppy rates are separated from your set rate. But just for anyone who is new to Rover, when you go to adjust your rates, there will be a button right underneath that says Additional and when you click on that, you can adjust those services as well. Hopefully this helps others from being paid unfairly for rates they didn't know they could adjust.
