When I'm searching for a dog sitter, is there some way to identify only those who will run with my dog? I have an active pup who needs to go for a jog every day, and most sitters aren't going to be a good fit because of that.
Sorry, but there isn't a filter for that kind of search. You'll have to read through a lot of profiles to find someone who might take your dog for a run.
Why do you think that majority of sitters aren't a good fit for your puppy? Unfortunately, the Rover app needs some major improvements, as the search option is extremely limited. I don't know where you are located, but I personally knew few sitters who were offering running with dogs service. I used to do that too some years ago. This option is just not possible to list by the sitter. You have to look through individual profiles and read their info, or just hire a professional dog runner, many of them out there, just cost more than a regular sitter. Good luck :)
