Do per night charges include let outs? If so how many?

Do per night charges include let outs? If so how many? I don't necessarily need someone to stay overnight but need about 4 let outs a day. I live in south Minneapolis and travel for work as well as personal. I have 3 dogs that I need cared for in my home. Thank you.

Every sitter on the Rover platform is an independent contractor and determines their own operating policies and what they offer with each service. If you are looking for a sitter to come to your home several times a day to let out the pups that is typically called Drop-In Visits not House Sitting: I'd begin my search for sitters in your area, read the sitters profiles to see their services and hours working, create a booking request and discuss your requirements with a few sitters to find one who can assist.

As Walt said, every sitter on Rover makes his/her own rules.

Because you have 3 dogs and want to have them let out 4x a day, I can't imagine anyone going back and forth 4x a day. You may be better off hiring a house sitter who doesn't have a full-time job or is a student. Remember, though, for house sitting as well as drop-ins, sitters may have an "additional dog" rate in which the 2 other dogs receive a discount. If you hire a house sitter, that person may go out during the day to walk other dogs or do drop-in but they' may use your home as a base of operation. So your dogs will receive the care you require.

Be sure you discuss the parameters of the job with each sitter you interview and do the math.

As both responses indicate, it's true that the services (and definitions of those) vary widely among sitters. Additionally, Sitters and Clients are free to mutually agree to services that may not apply to others or be published knowledge.

I'd suggest zooming the map into what you'd consider a reasonable travel area (likely under 10 miles), in case the sitter you choose prefers to go back and forth in between letting the dogs out. (If you enter your zip code or address when you search for sitters, that results will probably show many who would be too far away.) You could consider those who offer House Sitting and/or Drop In Visits. Often the same people do both and if you're close enough, some are fine with coming & going 4 x day. In the messages, you can explain exactly what you want.
