minimum age for sitting?

My 15-year-old teen is very good with dogs, of all sizes and backgrounds, and has been taking in dogs for pet-sitting in our house. She'd like to do more, especially on summer break. Is there a way, without breaking Rover's TOS, to help her grow her little part-time business?

And I get that she's only 15, however, she has had dogs her entire life, and is an active volunteer with two animal welfare organizations, with well over 6,200 documented volunteer hours. She's handled everything from tiny chihuahuas to a very selective Russian Mountain dog, and all kinds of dogs in-between and with a variety of health and/or behavioral conditions as well. She was also a junior camp counselor for three summers at our local animal shelter.

I work from home during the week, so our preference is for clients who desire to have their dogs pet-sat in our own home, as she can't drive to client houses on her own.

She can administer sub-cutaneous fluids, insulin shots, etc. if needed to dogs that stay with us - she's been there, done that before.

Since you mentioned Rover's TOS, then you know the minimum age is 18. So I am not sure what you are asking.
