Can't upload pet photos???

I'm trying to finish setting up my profile to become a pet sitter; however, being the techie that I am - NOT - I'm having a great deal of difficulty trying to get pet photos (which I have none of with me interacting with the animals - just the animals) to upload! Getting really frustrated. Can we skip this step for how! Everything else is completed.
