Are we unable to add pet photos from services provided to our profile anymore?

I haven't been doing much on Rover due to pandemic and have found many unusual changes. I couldn't find the Rover card during a drop in to fill it out as I went along, so I did a message instead, only to find the Rover card pop up when I selected stop visit on the 'Todays services' screen. I used to pull down and have a Visit in Progress link to the card. Why do they keep changing things?? Secondly, it isn't offering an option to add a pet you are providing services for to your profile information........
