why are my contacts limited ?

why do I only get to contact a few sitters? Then I get locked out for a couple of days. I am not getting responses so the lock out puts me in a bind when looking for a sitter. I think I submitted for 7 sitters to contact me if they were avail. some got back to me and stated they werent avail, and others did not respond. That doesnt help me to find a sitter

They can review all messages on the platform, help you connect with an available sitter, and apply appropriate consequences to those who are not replying timely or answered unavailable if their calendar showed otherwise.
