Why does nothing happen when I hit "submit"?

I've tried three times! Trying to hire a dogsitter!

I don't know what is happening on the back end when you click submit.

Clear history and cookies it has helped. This is due to being on Rover a lot, searching. It gunks up the loading after several website visits. I have had this experience with a dog owner trying to book. They cleared everything and it went through. I also know from experience, the site has loaded too many times pops up something like that. So I clear and all good.
