Why am I no longer able to hide past stay pictures on my profile?

I am trying to hide several client photos from past stays. The http://rover.com instructions listed https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000892766-How-do-I-remove-client-photos-from-my-profile-#1 (here) still worked last week, but not anymore:

If I now click on the Pet's name, instead of bringing me to the photo gallery, I get an information page about the pet. There is a photo gallery section at the bottom, but it just says "no details provided". I've checked multiple past bookings, and this happens with all of them.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a new method for doing this, or has this feature been removed?

Thanks!

I have encountered this same issue. I was able to hide pictures as recently as a week or two ago - but not anymore.

Here we are in Sept 2021 and I am still having this same issue. Sure wish there were a way to organize my pix into folders or categories too. It would make my photo gallery more appealing and user friendly!

Have you attempted to delete them from here:

https://www.rover.com/account/profile/p…

I could have sworn there used to be a preference setting about "automatic uploads" but can't find it. However, I only used a computer to send photos to clients and there was a little box to check if you chose NOT have the photos added to your profile. I have no idea how it is handled via the app.

The photos that I want to remove aren't shown on that page. They were photos that I sent to an owner and I didn't turn off the "show public" switch. I can't fix them now. :(

Same here. Just contacted Rover to see how we can hide pictures. The method they mention doesn't work any longer.

I am also having the same issue still. I ended up just hiding all client photos from my profile, and I guess I'll just post any I would like to share on there separately with owner permission. Very annoying though.
