How can I remove a previous sitter from my dashboard?

I keep seeing a previous sitter's profile on my dashboard and want to remove it. #1 I did not like using her and will never use her again. #2 I moved out of that area. How can I remove that sitter so I no longer see the option to rebook with her? I already took her off of my favorites, but her profile still shows on my dashboard.

I just called and they told me the only way to remove them is to book a new sitter to take its place.
