how to make the drop off times and pickup times available for the owners to see?

The only way to announce your drop off and pick up times is in your profile, but you must realize that many don't read the entire profile nor pay attention to what you have written. So your required times should be discussed at the meet and greet. Best of luck as clients not adhering to times is frequently abused.
