How can I give Ellis a wonderful recommendation?
I want to give sitter fabulous recommendation. How do I do that?

There are two ways to write up recommendations for a Rover sitter. If you booked a job with Ellis through Rover, you should have received an email/link to write your review. If, however, you know Ellis personally, you can write a Testimonial. As part of creating her profile on Rover, there is a section about obtaining Testimonials. Ellis will have to send you a link to write it up.
If Ellis cared for your pet, you should receive an email from Rover in the next day or two asking you to rate your sitter and write a review. All you need to do is fill it out!
If you didn't get your review prompt from Rover, or were otherwise unable to complete his/her review through the website, contact Rover support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed.
