I am not sure I really understand what your question is?

What do you mean by "Suffering" for 4 days? The word "Suffering" refers to he is in pain. And if that is the case, then the least of your worry should be giving him a bath. Parvo is a deadly virus that is very contagious and needs to be taken seriously. Your puppy should be treated by your Vet.

If he is recovering from Parvo then yes you can give him a bath.

If he has parvo but is being treated then No, I would recommend not stress him out. They have products like "waterless shampoo" which would be best. You can use with a dry cloth to clean him but I would wait to give him a full bath.

Parvo is a very serious and debilitating disease, I would wait until your pup is healthy before bathing him. Wishing you the best toward recovery.
