I noticed that my dog was not being himself and I saw the worms in his stool. I then bought him a deworming pill and it has been 2 days since he had it and he is now throwing up . Is that a good or bad thing ?

That would be a bad thing. Your dog needs to go to the emergency Room tonight if your regular vet is not opened. He is not eating/vomiting which means that there is something wrong with him. As far as what? The Veterinarian is going to need to do physical exam, blood work, and x-rays to help figure out what is wrong. Best of Luck and please take him in.
