Is the rover app available for download in the UK ?

Hi, I am trying to download the Rover app from the App store (I am with an iphone 7 should be absolutely compatible with the app) , but *once I try to search for Rover I receive the notification that the app is not available in my country or in the region.* This does not make sense , since I am in the UK, i see that there other sitters from the UK that have the app and are operating with it , my phone is set up for the UK region , but still I can`t download it. I have registered through your website, but I need the app. Can you please advise what might be the cause of this problem ? Thank you in advance !
