Why does my dog keep throwing up??

If it is yellow and foamy that usually means that the meal had been delayed too long. Dogs produce bile to digest food and as long as they eat on time, no issues. However if they go too long without food at their set time, they will vomit the bile up. That's harmless.

If she is eating too quickly, that can also make her throw up. Consider getting a slow feed bowl or using canine enrichment so she has to work to eat food slower.

I would definitely keep an eye on her for any nourishment or dehydration from throwing up constantly. You might consider switching foods. A trip to the vet def sounds in order. Dogs throw up a lot but not usually for days at a time.
