60 min walk with only normal walk rate?

If a client books a walk with me and pays the normal rate which is 1/2 hour walk and then tells me to walk the dog for an hour, does she get charged more? How do I update the booking?

Rover would not know to update the booking unless you or the client contacted them. You would have to let the client know that your walk rate is for 30 minutes and it would be $X more for an additional 30 minutes. Once the first booking is processed, either you or the client could create a second booking (or if you're giving a reduced rate), you could modify the booking. If you need to, the support team at rover.com can help process that too.
