Why is my calendar and other settings not visible/showing?

Hi there! I have been trying to set my availability on my calendar, and on the mobile app when I select the dates I am available, it does not save. As soon as I click away from that date, it still shows I am unavailable. If I get on my computer to try, the calendar is not visible in the drop down box. Has anyone else had this issue? How do I fix it? I also am having issues locating the rates for services. I am able to locate the services and pick the ones I want, but other profile settings are not available to edit. Besides the rates, I am also having issues locating/updating my sitter profile bio. I am only seeing the options to update my personal info such as phone number, email, etc. But that is it. Any help or information on this issue would be greatly appreciated; the sooner I get it fixed, the sooner I can get back to dog sitting!

For one you don't show as a sitter on this forum with the log on you are using you show as an owner.
