My appointment cancelled, five hours before i was to be there. Do i get a cancellation fee?

My sitting appointment was cancelled, because i did not answer the message from her quick enough. Do i get a cancellation fee?

Cancellation fees are only paid based on your cancellation policy and that assumes the booking was accepted by you and the client. With your moderate policy if the booking was confirmed you may get 50%, but you may also get nothing if the client complains you were unresponsive.

Although I'd think that if the alleged non-responsiveness occurred during quiet hours, or if there was more details behind this situation, Rover may make a different determination on a case-by-case basis.
