my background check payment won't process...why??

I've been trying to add a credit card to complete my background check payment, however it keeps saying: "The credit card information you entered was invalid or incomplete. Please try again."

Does anyone know why this would be happening or how to fix it? Thanks!

You will need to call Rover Customer Support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] to get it resolved. You're not the only one. Quite a few seem to encounter that same problem.
