Hi there, it has been over 3 months and i haven't received a response for my identity verification? Is there anything i can do?

Your best bet is to call Rover Customer Support directly to resolve this issue. The number in the UK is 808 281 2524. If that fails, then 808 169 8525 is a number for their Trust & Safety staff.
