How can I owe money to Rover?
I have a negative balance on route 4.com and a terrible memory could anyone answer why I may have to pay Rover?

Did you sign up for the Rover Protection Package? The cost of the package ($49.95) is charged against your Rover balance and paid by future earnings from jobs. Is the amount you owe Rover close to that amount? Click on the Payment Detail link below your balance. It should show all the activity with explanations.

Maybe you used Rover for your own dogs or a client had to be refunded? You can view all you've earned and paid on the site. Click your name at the top of the page, select Dashboard, then select View Payments & Promo Codes, then select Paid. This may shed some light on your issue. If not, call Rover support.
