Locking in rate for current repeat client?

I found the instructions on how to lock in rates for a client, but it seems to only allow me to do this for pending requests or past bookings. How can I lock in the rates for a current repeat client?

So it sounds like you followed the instructions to lock rates but when the client or you booked a future request the locked rates did not default? Was it a Holiday? I've locked rates for a few clients and it has always worked fine. The only exception is that if it's a Holiday, I've noticed the normal Holiday rate kicks in so I have to adjust it manually if I want to give them a discount. If you locked rates for a client and they booked a new request that isn't on a Holiday and it didn't work you should check to make sure the "Rates are Locked" is indicated. If so, you can contact Rover support as there may be a technical issue. Good luck!

Thanks Lisa! The issue was actually that it wouldn't allow me the option to lock in rates for a client who I currently have as a recurring booking, so I never was able to lock in the rates for her. I did end up contacting Rover support and they told me that it isn't an option for recurring clients.
