Rover Card wouldn’t go through, now says I never started it?

I had two drop ins scheduled for the 5th and 6th. I completed the first one without a problem, today after writing up notes and taking photos I tried to submit the second one but it kept giving me an error message and to try again later. I thought maybe I had poor service so I waited until I got home and was connect to wifi but it still didn’t work. I closed out of the app and reopened it and rather than saying “sending failed” it now wants me to start the entire drop in over as if I never dropped in in the first place. Should I start the visit and include the photos and notes I took earlier or should I let rover figure it out? I called and they said they had a record of the drop in and that it’ll go through eventually but I’m worried if I don’t start the drop in again I won’t be paid. Anyone else experience this? How did it turn out?

The App seems to get buggier and buggier over time, you never know if it will work or not! It's a pretty sad state of affairs. You said you called support and they show a record of you recording the visit so you should be paid for the visit. When glitches show up it's best to log totally out of the App vs. just closing it, that does a full reset. Best of luck
