Plannned meet & greet then Sitter account no longer active?

I had planned a meet and greet for my dog and had it all set up, the time and date. After we both agreed to meet the sitters profile now says no longer active. Should I be worried about it? We had planned to meet at my house to make sure the dog was comfortable since it was gonna he a drop in type of service I wanted. Does this happen a lot?

There is an option for rover sitters to put their profile on “away” which means they are not available for booking any services. They may have changed their settings to “away” but you might be the last booking they planned on doing. If you’re still meeting, I would bring it up. Have a backup jic

I don't believe it happens often, but I don't work at rover offices. Rover employees could best answer that. Customer Support [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]. Rover suggests contacting more than one person though, in order to find your best match. If you need help, you can also ask customer support for their suggestion of another person for drop in service in your neighborhood.
