I am having a nightmare can someone help me?

So Im an old dog buddy user trying to sign up again here.

I sign in with facebook and try to enter my mobile number and it says its already registered but nothing on what I need to do next, what do i do next!?

I tried to deactivate my account - didnt work as it said all my information was already registered.

I tried to use my partners email address, I submitted my sitter details and it said that I needed to change some stuff and sent an email to tell me what i need to change (why not tell me in the app!) but she didnt receive the email.

Im at the end of me patience and options on what to do now, i just want to sign up and walk some dogs, help!

Your best bet to get this straightened out is to call Rover Customer Support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]. They don't come here to answer questions.

Owen-Also, more patience is required because currently less dog walks are needed while many owners stay at home and using this platform, service providers wait until an owner contact them (which usually isn't immediately after signing up) . Market yourself in as many places/ways as possible.

@deb im aware, I just cant get that far right now :P

@Karen Is there a UK number?

Yes, there is. I stumbled across it awhile ago. But can't recall exactly where it was. I've Googled until my fingers screamed 'stop'. I suggest you use the webmail contact form found on the bottom of the Help Center. Sometimes they'll be good. Other times worthless. If I find the number, I'll post.

See if this gets you through +44-8082-812524

Once you contact support also ask them to disable your logon using Facebook, it's not recommended. If you do and your Facebook account gets hacked it can also affect your Rover account.
