Someone on the Nextdoor website continues to state that Rover and Wag hire animal abusers, should Rover be made aware of this?

Just like my title states, a person is just out right stating "Rover hires animal abusers." Should I provide this website with more info so they can have a word with her...

Rover's staff do not come to this board to respond to any questions. If you want to contact them, you should either call [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] or use the webmail form located at the bottom of the main Help page:

I've seen a few of those too where people say "don't use Rover", "Rover is awful", etc. I've never seen anyone outright claim there are animal abusers; I would probably let Rover know by calling or opening a ticket, as Karen recommended. I MAY (and I say may b/c it depends on my mood) respond to the poster and let them know that there are many sitters on Rover and most are amazing and that if they had an issue with a specific sitter that was on Rover they should contact Rover directly because Rover strives to only have qualified sitters who would never abuse an animal on the site. Good Luck!
