Can I use Rover under my own brand?

I see Rover as a placement agency for my dog sitting business. Can I book using Rover but utilize my own brand name and marketing? My company is Coffee & Cuddles but you reach me through Rover. So you book on Rover but my Brand is Coffee & Cuddles ( A Rover Certified Pet Sitter).

I don't see why not. Many people here operate their own pet business and use the Rover platform as well. But it is doubtful that you could operate under that name. It could be used as a subtitle. When you advertise, you would just give your link to Rover. You may want to check with Rover itself about calling yourself a "Rover Certified Pet Sitter" though, as that might be considered false advertising. Rover doesn't certify you or stand behind you in anyway. Read its Terms of Service.

I totally understand what you're saying about the rover support aspect. Can you explain further what you mean by But it is doubtful that you could operate under that name. It could be used as a subtitle. When you advertise, you would just give your link to Rover.

Like Coffee & Cuddles then provide all my Rover Info? So my business cards, my goodie bags and my xmas cards can all have my brand name but Rover info?

All I meant was that you can't register as C&C, here on Rover. You have to be Ashley D, but under your name, there's a place for your brand name: https://www.rover.com/account/profile/details/ See where it says "eye-catching headline"? That's what I meant. Customers see it in search results.

You can put together whatever promo materials you want that include a link to your Rover profile. However, you can't use Rover's logo/typeface, etc. It is in the TOS.

Thank you for the clarification! I appreciate it.

I don't believe you can use your business name as your profile name. You cannot list your website or Facebook business account on your profile; hyperlinks just won't work and may be flagged as unacceptable. Certified Rover Sitters are those who have passed an in-person harness test and it's limited to dog walkers in only a few cities in the US. That being said many Rover sitters have independent business along with using Rover but you must be careful not to poach Rover clients by taking them off the platform; that is in violation of the terms of service you sign and agree to. Best of luck.
