Should I be tracking Milage for rover?

when it comes to taxes, deductibles, and write offs, I am wondering if I should be keeping track of my milage for meet and greets, dog walking, and any other driving I do for rover? I had to buy new shoes because of how many miles I walk in a day, is this something I should record? What about the fact that I use my house for dog sitting or that I am constantly using my phone for Rover.

I want to make sure that I am doing everything correctly when it comes to taxes and getting money back. Is this stuff I should be worried about keeping track of? Is there anything else I can do?

OH ABSOLUTELY you should track your mileage, it is the biggest expense and deductible you have if you drive a lot servicing clients. Shoes are not a deduction but a percentage of your cell phone is many use 50% of their monthly charges. Taking a home office deduction can be questionable and is high on the list of deductions audited by the IRS, so check with a professional tax preparer before taking this one.
