Issue with Rover cards. Started, but not tracking time, says, waiting?

Anyone else having issues with rover cards after starting, but not tracking the time? The START button is greyed out and on the left corner says WAITING. Cannot stop the card either.....

This is happening to me as well tonight... Contacted support and waiting for an answer.

For those that this happened to also, did you still get paid without the Rover Card going through?

This just happened to me as well. It showed I started the visit but never let me send the rover card to the owner. It never notified the owner I showed up. For a reoccurring visit, sending a card is how you get paid so I hope this resolves

I just contacted support - all I had to do to fix this was log out and log back in again, I was able to start the visit!

The Rover App gets worse and worse every day and errors are constantly being reported, but the support team doesn't appear to be working to fix it. If it continues to happen I would call support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. This is very disappointing. Since the app is the only way we can send these rover cards and track our drop-ins, they really need to get on fixing these issues. I wish we can go back to the old rover app. I hate the new interface, it is very confusing.

I have a similar problem. Only with Drop In visits. I start the visit, and can add photos, notes, etc., but the booking on the 'todays bookings' page still says START. If I hit start again, it says I can't start a visit already in use. I can't get to the STOP page at all! On a drop in I have to start a walk and stop it immediately, and then it asks me if I want to stop the drop in also..... I was thinking of reinstalling the app, but maybe Rover needs to fix it.

Ugh, this is exactly what is happening to me. It’s also strange that it only happens with drops in in the evenings/night. Mornings are fine. I hope this can be fixed.
