Why is Rover overcharging my Clients?
I've gotten two Drop In requests (from different clients) and the Rover software is charging them per pet, not per visit, so their overall charges are waaaaay more then what I charge (they each have multiple pets). To my knowledge, all the settings for my account/profile are set so that I charge $20 per drop in visit and no extra per additional pet -- but this is not the way it is being computed in the Rover system.
How do I correct this?
