What does step 5, "Pooch Info" entail?

Hello, I am new to Rover and I see there are several steps to complete a booking. Step 5, is "Pooch Info." What specifically does that entail? I want to make sure I have all the papers and information ready to go when it's go-time. Thanks, lisa

It should just be the most basic info - name, age, gender, whether or not he/she is fixed, how he/she is with cats, kids, other dogs. I've received requests where not even that most basic info has been completed, so what's required is very minimal at this step.
