Is anyone else not getting email notification of booking requests?
I have it set up to get email notifications, SMS messages and the Rover notification of requests. I always know it is a Rover request this way based on the sounds coming from the phone. Recently I noticed I am no longer getting email notifications. One of my regular customers waited an hour for my booking acceptance because of this. I check my preferences on Rover and my Spam folder and everything is as it should be.
I have a current problem with my own settings. I am receiving notifications during my quiet hours, though I have settings properly set. I think it may have been an update,glitch but I notified customer service. It started I believe in may. One of my clients traveled to Europe.
I just got a request and didn't get an e-mail either, just a text message. But it also isn't showing up in my app or the website. What do you think this means?

I havent been getting any requests or emails. Is this the same issue?? I recently signed up for Rover and got accepted two days ago but I expected to get at least one request by now. Could this be the same issue??
I just got a booking request during my quiet hours! Why?? I'm annoyed and worried that I'll lose points if I don't respond. I'm supposed to be asleep. Instead I'm being kept awake because Rover keeps sending me stuff it shouldn't -_- It also sends me requests outside my service radius more. Ugh
