Can you make GPS walk tracking optional for reoccurring bookings?

CHARITY DID WHAT SHE COULD. FORCING GPS TRACKING AND PICTURES ON REOCCURRING BOOKINGS MAKES NO SENSE WHEN CLIENT AND WALKER DO NOT WANT IT. PLUS SO FAR I CANNOT GET PAID BY ROVER WHEN I DO JUMP THRU THE UNWANTED HOOPS WITHOUT CALLING IN AND ASKING FOR A FIX SO I CAN GET FUNDS RELEASED TO ME; AND ROVER KEPT TRACKING ME AND WOULDN'T TURN OFF. YOU WANT HAPPY CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDERS--THIS IS NOT THE WAY. IT IS NOT YOUR PLACE TO CONCLUDE THIS IS BEST/RIGHT/ THE ONLY WAY FOR EVERYBODY- EACH CLIENT/WALKER RELATIONSHIP IS DIFFERENT AND NEEDS TO BE HONORED AND RESPECTED. CAN YOU MAKE THE GPS TRACKING AND PICTURE (A GALLERY PIC OF SOMETHING/ANYTHING WAS SUGGESTED BY ROVER SUPPORT- WHAT GOOD IS THAT?) OPTIONAL FOR THE CLIENT- LIKE REALTIME (NOT MEANINGLESS GALLERY PICS AS WAS SUGGESTED BY ROVER REP) PICTURES - HOW MANY, WHEN, WHAT KIND- ARE OPTIONAL FOR THE CLIENT TO DECIDE/WORK OUT WITH THEIR WALKER?
