How do I handle an open ended stay?
The client is away with a family member in poor health. She was originally supposed to be back to pick up her dog tomorrow, but her loved ones health is declining. She's not sure now if she'll be home tomorrow (wed), thurs, or friday. That's ok with me, but how do I adjust the reservation so I get paid? Do I adjust the reservation each day and she replies to confirm?
