How do I adjust a recurring booking during a holiday week?

I have a M-F recurring booking for a drop in visit for one client. There is a holiday next week, and I'm not sure how to remove Monday from the booking. Does anyone know?

Lately I found it impossible to do it from my PC and have an outstanding trouble ticket. In the App if you go to the booking and click the 3 dots on the right side of the screen it will take you to a modification screen, there you can remove Monday, just don't forget to add it back in the next week. Dumb me took off a week ago Wednesday and I forgot to add them back in for this week, 2 clients got free walks.
