Can Rover be contacted by phone? How do I get my question answered?

How can I get my question answered? The pre-scripted answers don't apply. My situation is I have booked a doggy stay at my home for 3 days but the client nor the dog is showing. There is nothing to show that I have booked this client. How can I fix this?
