What is with the requirement for a background check, but also having to pay for it?
So I wanted to sign up as a dog walker and drop-in visitor, but Rover NOW requires a background check, which also requires payment. I'm trying to understand, if I don't want to be be a sitter, why should I pay for the sitter background check?
